One Fine Day

Well after a quite awhile writing some serious things...Just wanna post something well for at least to me funny...^^

The story is like this . . .

On one fine day...

Not far for our kingdom, well for God sake is still on earth...hehe

At one for the tightest Airport security check there was an conversation between 2 men. Well of course of of them is the security guard.

This security guard just doing his job like usually, asking, questioning and 'touching' ^^

Then come one unusual guy( i presume ) past through this security guard.

then goes these conversation between them ;

Customs Official : 'May I know your name?'
Arriving passenger :
'Batman'
Customs Official :
'What's your name!?'
Passenger :
'My name is Bat-man'
Customs Official :
'Trying to be funny!? What's your surname?'
Passenger :
'Super-man'
Customs Official :
'So you're telling me your name is Batman
Superman?'
Passenger :
'Yes'
Customs Official :
'Arrest the guy...
'
Passenger : hey wait da minute!

So unfortunately this passenger was bought to face the immigration people,
When they had him in custody, he was asked to show identification:
so this passenger show his IC card.

well i guess his is not telling a lie...hehe

RPKJ

Before this I've written down a lil about RPKJ (history or background)

Actually In Malaysia there is quite a number of institute that offer program such as this RPKJ thingi' program. Others is like

1. IBT (offer degree program)<----- click here to know more about this program
2. PPTKJ (offer diploma program)
3. JAD (also offer degree program)<----- click here to know more about this program

and also others that I'm not sure of.

For diploma it might take a long period but there is a good point for taking diploma. Especially if you are in this Japanese program. Because the longer you stay in that country, the better proficiency in Japanese language you will be.

Did you know that by learning new language it will boost up your thinking and your IQ. Well it may seems to see impossible, but researcher said so. Im not a researcher so don't ask me! hehe

So for those who already IN or WILL be INTERESTED to JOIN RPKJ so here's some info
RPKJ
-The program is conducted at University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur (of course malaysia la)
-2 years program
>first year with 2 sem (1sem the core subject is conducted in English, 2sem full japanese)
>second year with 2 sem (full japansese)
-Oh ya, Being sponsored by the JPA (thankyou JPA)

If you dont have any knowledge of japanese language even anime also you dont even know, DONT MINE, because in this program you will be teach from the basic to the HARDCORE. ^^
I also start will nothing. Well VERY hard at first I admit, but sooner you will be surprise of the result that this RPKJ program offer you.

Man! I tell you, if you go to Europe or USA you will only have 2 language, why not add another one? This will not only boost your IQ but it also give you point later when you apply for job. Worry about sooner or later your ENGLISH will rooted?Don't be fool by that, you can still read English books and I surely believe your PC is in English right?hehe.. But well, the choice is in your hand...^^ Gambatte!

For those who have Question about RPKJ feel free to ask me. Happy to help (I'm just dying bored...hehe)

RPKJ or AAJ

Rancangan Persediaan Ke Jepun (RPKJ)
Ambang Asuhan Jepun (AAJ)

Special Preparatory for enter Japanese University or in Malay Language Rancangan persediaan Khas ke Jepun. What's is this program all about?

The Centre for Foundation Studies in Science (CFSS), University of Malaya is very privileged to be selected as one of the centres responsible for the implementation of the academic programme under the Look East Policy in 1982. With an initial intake of 20 students, the programme was run with the cooperation of the Public Service Department of Malaysia and the Japanese Government.

The Japanese Government was the one who donate an amount to run this complex to prepare the Malaysian student to study in Japan. The opening ceremony was graced by HE Yasuhiro Nakasone, the 1982 Japan Prime Minister.

The Malaysian government's decision to diversify the pursuit of knowledge by looking towards Japan is extremely apt. CFSS is very proud to be given the honour to help implement the Look East Policy. This programme is already harvesting the fruits of its labour and will continue to do so. We at the CFSS are very proud to be part of this very special machinery in producing excellent qualified professionals for the development of the Nation in her relentless quest for the realization of Vision 2020.

misunderstanding of Islam part 01

Today I received an email from my Master's student senior. It is about the misunderstanding of Islam. Since I received this email in Malay language so I just copy paste.

So this is the first one. There are alot but if i just paste it all. You might lose your interest of reading in the middle of it. ^^

Soalan & Salah Faham Terhadap Islam

1. Muslim Hina Anjing & Babi

before moving on lets see this video first

98:7 “Those who have faith and do righteous deeds,- they are the best of creatures”

Seeing things in Japan part 01

drop.drip.drup.

Today it was rainning.
I guess it is rahmat form god. But I neglect myself by saying that, cuz maybe i suffered a deep cut of despression. Nothing much for today, but just want to share about one of the culture or should i put it as 'routine' that is something normal going around them.

Yes, I focusing only around japan educations and university students.
>part-time job
>clubs activities
>VG

Only under my acknowledge, understanding and what I've seen; sorry if I've been wrong for these, but it seems to see that most of the Japanese students, neglecting putting the study in first priority these 3 things I've listed up here IS the most of the things that they put afford in it. Well I guess the part-time job could still be consider due to the Universities fees are quite expensive. I'm so lucky to get scholarships form my own country-Malaysia. I'm grateful of that. I would ever wonder forever why should these guys so into the part-time job. Parents? Can afford to pay the fees?Government?can't afford to give scholar or even a loan?Yes there are those scholarship and loan thingy, but yet I still in wonder why still into part-time job so much until neglect the studies. OK fine, maybe because the living cost here are too expensive. I've to admit it - It's true. -_-"

Club activities?

Yes, Interesting, attempting, LOTS of friends(girlfriends I presume ^^) 勘弁してくれよ!どっちか必要か?考えてみて

No, Not that I'm here saying that DON'T, but it just you are too into it. Every week and can't take a leave even for once, or else you are suspended form it. Exam week? Don't give a shit. -_-"
Due to that homeworks, assignment and even revisions are not able to be done. In class ALWAYS asleep for most of them I guess. Well if you don't understand there's no point I guess.^^
Well I'm not provoking or saying its bad. It just went something you do it to much especially went it is not nessesary it will end up nothing good.

VG?
Whats VG? well it is just a short form for Video games. During classes or Lectures those who sit at the back not only can simple ignore the lecturers but they even play Nitendo DS, PSP and even cards. OMG! unbelieveable. Well maybe they are all smarty pants. hehh~

animated gif

Ever wonder how a static image can loop? hoho

Today I’m not going to teach but to share my little knowledge about how to make animated gif. Well this might be useful or should I put is as interesting ^^

Since many of us could not afford to buy an original set of Adobe Photoshop, why not try GIMP. This GIMP software is as good as Photoshop I presume. So you can click HERE to get it free, because I’m using GIMP to teach you all how to make those nasty animated gif. ^^

*here : http://www.gimp.org/downloads/

So lets start with picking a background! I choose 500x200pixel about a banner.

If you see at the right column, there will be a layer window. From there, you just duplicate you background. Or you can put other images. But be sure to make the other images as same as the actuall one. For my case it will be 500x200 pixel. In my case, i type a letter.

Type the letter one by one in different layer. Because each layer will be your every second of scence. So be sure about it. In my case i put it one by one letter. So it will popped out every single second. ( i'll teach you letter to adjust the time per scence.)

NEXT is...

After you finish makin your layers depending on how many scence you want to make, you can test it by preview it at
Filter >>> animation >>> playback

then you should able to play it in this new window.

There you are. Next is to save it as animated gif. Remember, It MUST be save as GIF format.

Go to select file type and search for the word gif image. The extention is gif. Then click save. And you will realize that is will appear another window asking you about Export the file.

Below the sentences saying that the GIF plug-in can only handle layers as animation frames. Select the second one. Where ive marked is as red in the image above. (sorry the image is not large and clear enough)

And lastly but not least, is SAVE AS GIF. Another window will popped out. (is popped out the correct word?hurmm)

At here where ive mention early that you can adjust you out time frame setting right? So, at this window you can do it so.

The blue arrow ive marked represent where you can adjust the time frame for your animated gif! So you can try and error.
and finally save your master piece! ^^

Extra infromation
you can actually handle the frame persecond time at the layer name. This can be done by just rename it at edit layer attributes. this can be find by just right click on the layer and add this (your time ms)
for example
(500ms)

So I believe i've help you guys something today. ENJOY!

sorry i cant translate all in japanese..hehe

Why study in Japan?

Why study in Japan?
With so many obstacles I have to face, yet I would not regret about my choice studying here in Japan.

Lets start with a story ^^

I never consider that I will be furthering my studies in Japan when I was younger. It is only can be unexpected to me when I thought about it now. When I was in my Form 4, I had a friend, very closed. We studied together throughout those SPM days. We kept the dream to countinue studies in Japan. The things that made we really want to study in Japan for Engineering is because the technologies that the Japanese had achieved very well. Futhermore we really love anime and Japanese games especially. There are the best ^^ So after my SPM, I continue study my 2 years preparation to go to Japan.

Well it may be tough for the first time studying another language especially with those weirdo and haywire writing character. Haha…I might laugh, but those times I nearly had a mental break down. But with patient and Thanks to my parents who have supported me I had finally HERE in University of Fukui.

So why?

Studying in Japan

More than 100,000 international students are currently studying at universities, junior colleges, professional schools and other educational institutions in Japan. Their number has been increasing rapidly since the 1980s, with two thirds of the students coming from China.

Language Schools

Japanese language schools exist in many cities across Japan, ranging from informal conversation schools to government recognized institutions that offer preparatory courses for students to enroll at universities.

There are language schools for all proficiency levels, and courses of different durations from just a few weeks to more than one year.

Universities

The Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) is a standard examination in existence since 2002, simplifying the process of admission to Japanese universities for international students.

The examination covers the Japanese language, science, mathematics, Japan and the World and is held biannually in Japan and selected cities outside of Japan. The examination can be written in Japanese or English (except the section on Japanese language; some testing sites don't offer tests in English).

Almost all national universities, about two thirds of the public universities and roughly half of the private universities use the EJU as admission criteria for international students, while the others apply their own entrance exams.

Naturally, most university courses in Japan are only available in Japanese, although quite a few universities offer one or more English courses at a master's and/or doctoral level. Only a handful of universities offer English courses on the undergraduate (bachelor) level.

Scholarships and Exchange Programs

Scholarship programs for international students are provided by the Japanese government, local governments, the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) and private organizations, foundations and companies in Japan and abroad.

Likewise, there are various governmental bodies, organizations and educational institutions inside and outside of Japan that offer short term exchange programs for secondary and post secondary students to study in Japan and experience life in Japan.

Why Study Aboard?

Futher your study after your O level ; if you are in Asian area (but not all country around asia apply this). So if in Malaysia I assume, it is a dream for most ( I presume) to futher their studies in overseas University. I take for Example to United Kingdom, United Stated, Russia, Messir, and not to forget Japan and Korea.

So most of them are still lost why should i study overseas? but not in my own country. My own country not good enough to provide a good educations for upper levels? I perhaps THAT'S not the reasons.

So lets see some of the reason

1. Study abroad is the optimal way to learn a language.
Here what it means are there is no better and more effective way to learn a language than to be immersed in a culture that speaks the language you are learning. You're surrounded by the language on a daily basis and are seeing and hearing it in the proper cultural context. Language learning happens most quickly under these circumstances. Futhermore by learning extra Language it can give you EXTRA POINT if you are applying for works.

2. Study abroad expands your worldview.
In comparison with citizens of most other countries, Americans tend to be uninformed about the world beyond the nation's boundaries. Students who study abroad return home with an informed and much less biased perspective toward other cultures and peoples.

3. Study abroad allows you get to know another culture first-hand.
Cultural differences are more than just differences in language, food, appearances, and personal habits. A person's culture reflects very deep perceptions, beliefs, and values that influence his or her way of life and the way that s/he views the world. Students who experience cultural differences personally can come to truly understand where other cultures are coming from.

4. Study abroad provides the opportunity to travel.
Yes, this is what most people would think about it. True you can also make this is one of the good reason too. Travel using individuals money would be quite hard. Dont you think?

5. Study abroad expands your worldview.
In comparison with citizens of most other countries, Americans tend to be uninformed about the world beyond the nation's boundaries. Students who study abroad return home with an informed and much less biased perspective toward other cultures and peoples. So do the Japanese people, due to in Japan there is only Japanese people so they tend to became them and only them. I presume.

And lastly. . .
6. Study abroad helps you to learn about yourself.
Students who study abroad return home with new ideas and perspectives about themselves and their own culture. The experience abroad often challenges them to reconsider their own beliefs and values. The experience may perhaps strengthen those values or it may cause students to alter or abandon them and embrace new concepts and perceptions. The encounter with other cultures enables students to see their own culture through new eyes.

I BELIEVE with these information I could help those SPM leaver to think about studying aboard ^^

Next post will be about futher study in Japan.
